Janaury 12, 2011 was not talk about on the news.
I found it to be funny that January 12, 2011 one year after the quake, Haiti was not on the news. The way, it was before. Could it be that, there was NO improvement to talk about or show. One thing for sure the NGO system is a failer; it crash in burn in Haiti. It is one thing for the Haitian to say it but it is another thing for the world to see, it for theirselves. Hum lets, see "what" happen nexts.

The sad part of these "so call" independent Haiti news sites .
All these "so call" independent Haiti news sites are nothing more "than" fourth hand accounts of information or rig news; design to lobby or justify the abuse or occupation of Ayiti/Haiti. i am shock that, all these want to be the voice of Ayiti/Haiti is nothing more than fourth hand account, they don't have peoples on the ground to investigate, vet; what "western copoarte news media' is saying Ayiti/haiti. They simply repeat 'the western narrative" on Ayiti/Haiti on their sites. I have yet to read, or come across one, site that is 100% from the Haitian perception, free of western narrative. Ayiti/Haiti has to be told by AYIATIAN not western, they can't tell our story, neither should we allow them to HI-JACK our story . It is not their birth right to tell our story, and we push back hard. ON this !
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, Why are the Haitian Not getting the Big picture?
You would have taught, right about "now" The Ayitian/Haitian living outside of Haiti , "should' be experts on Disinformation, Misinformation, Propaganda, Distortion, and straight out manufacture news. NO!!! They are not, to my amazement. No 'other" country in the western hemisphere has suffer more than Ayitian/Haitian nation with Disinformation, propaganda and western narrative . The sad part of it all, is all these "so call" independent Haiti news sites are nothing more than fourth hand accounts of information or rig news; design to lobby or justify the abuse or occupation of Ayiti/Haiti. The Cholera out break in Ayiti/Haiti clearly explain and displace "western corporate news media" abuse and lobbying for others to profit , off Ayiti/haiti pain. True to form, they lobby the public to donate money to the "so call " Cholera out break in Ayiti/Haiti. It's funny, that the western world; stated that Cholera out breaking is going to happen but when it did. It happen hours , away from the source of the quake, where the peoples had homes in the rural area. This by itself should have been a red flag but it wasn't. cause the place is call Ayiti/Haiti . I am having hard time, understanding, why Ayitian/Haitian don't understand the western corporate news media role in hurting and glorify Ayiti/Haiti criminals as Heros. perversion at it's max. leave me a comment; just cause you don't comment, will not stop me from , writing.

I hate the Haitian Disapora Actions!
I must admit, that I " hate" the Haitian Diaspora Actions, I don't hate them as peoples but their behavior is "disturbing" if you ask me. What kind of person, take their vocation money to "near" by Caribbean nations, "which" by the way hate their guts; and leave their country "which" is in dire need of tourist money; in the dirt? A Haitian Diaspora, is that kind of person. Over the years, my eyes has hurt from, the lack of consciousness of their action as group of peoples. I can't and never will be able to explain, "why" Haitian Diaspora are in love, with foreigners "who" hate their guts to the ten power. I don't Hate foreigners but I must admit, I don't see none of them in line to visit Haiti, or take up for the Haitian peoples in the court of law neither. some time, I wonder "if" it is just me that realize the average Haitian Diaspora is as blind as a bat. I c'mon, how many time do they beam with joy to speak of other Caribbean nations, peoples, languages, culture, looks, behavior, attitude, manner, history, religion, laws, and land lay outs but not a word when it comes to Haiti. I am starting to wonder, about my peoples as a nation. Why do Haitian worship and adore, all that is repulse by it. I don't know whether it is because, I had a friend that, kept going on in on about the next door but never spoke a word about Haiti or even bother to visit , her own country. I find that to be disgusting, that Haitian peoples could hate their own birth place. Please leave me a comment.

I am a Haitian Woman and will NOT accept Cipha Sounds Apology
On December 17th, 2010, DJ Cipha Sounds of HOT 97, went on the air and shared this joke. ”A stupid, tasteless joke …that was taken the wrong way!” A stupid joke that reflects my childhood, in one of the most diverse “places” in the world. A stupid, tasteless joke that made my mom make sure that I never walked with my head down. A stupid tasteless joke that the United States government and health organizations were responsible for perpetuating. As a Haitian American woman, I am grateful for the wise words that my mother shared with me, when I was growing up and had to hear these ignorant words.
I am certain that I do not want to have an hour long discussion with Cipha Sounds about the impact of what he said or the ignorant stereotypes that he shared. The problem with saying that all Haitian have HIV is that it is NOT true. But, this post is not about statistics that are made public via google. I heard the comment and I thought about the little girl that was in the public library reading at her own table and having some one say “hey everyone smell that …what? It is H.B.O…Haitian Body Odor.” Or, the fact that the church I grew up that was predominately immigrant based, asked for blood donations, but specifcally said you can not donate if you are Haitian! I have so many other stories, that go on and on. I have stories about people that were “forced” out of their jobs during the 80s and early 90s because they were Haitian and people thought they were HIV positive.
I do not remember, the times that my mother spoke to me as she would comb my hair. She would tell me to never LIE about who I as. I was Haitian. She told to me conduct myself with respect even when others would not do that. She never really wanted me to get in fights, but she did understand that life happened. She told me to never just blend in! I am Haitian, a shining star and just show the world who I am.
When kids were getting picked on at the library or we were walking home they would stop talking in Kreyol or laughing about Languichatte or Jesifra. They lied and told those bullies, I am Black American like you…I am Jamaican, Dominican, anything else but Haitian. So, Cipha Sounds I do not accept your disingenuous apology. I do not care that when you have a party you say “SAK PASSE”. You meant EXACTLY what you said. You now belong to the group one of the worst cowards that exist. The cowards that thinks an apology makes everything okay. Cipha, let me guess, you are going to make a large donation to the Haitian Earthquake relief fund and have a large Haitian party!
Cipha, you know those girls that are getting beat up in New Jersey because they are Haitian, well you just added more wood to the fire, because of your tasteless joke. You think of those girls that are struggling with life and just being teenagers, and then, think of your tasteless joke. Cipha, think a little bit harder since you did not do that when you shared your joke, then tell me….should any HAITIAN women accept that apology? I was right, no they should not.
For all the Haitian girls out there, pass this post one. Tout famn Ayisten, sonje nou dwe fye de sa nou ye. Sonje tout sa manman nou ak gran manman nou te fe pou nou, epi sa nap fe pou ti fi kap grandi yo. Kembe fem! Pa lage!

Who is to blame, for "Haitian brand" bad image?
Who is to blame for the Haitian brand, being humilate, degrade, project as inferiors, rejects, misfit, the Western Corporate News Media, the Haitian nation "their" selves , for sitting on the sideline, for almost 30yrs silence or is it other minorities, who are looking for a group; that is inferior, so they jump on the boat cause it's them "for" the first time. Who is to blame? ALL above. what do you think? In do you, "think" I am wrong.
