Who is to blame for the Haitian brand, being humilate, degrade, project as inferiors, rejects, misfit, the Western Corporate News Media, the Haitian nation "their" selves , for sitting on the sideline, for almost 30yrs silence or is it other minorities, who are looking for a group; that is inferior, so they jump on the boat cause it's them "for" the first time.
